Dr. jur. Tahir Akgül studied law at University of Istanbul and received an LL.M. degree from University of Münster/Germany in 2003. Dr. Tahir Akgül received his doctorate in 2006 from University of Münster/Germany on the topic ''Fusion Control'' and was admitted to the bar in 2002. He joined Köksal Avukatlık Ortaklığı in 2008.
