Dr.jur. Mehmet Köksal studied law at University of Ankara and worked as a research assistant at Gazi University in Ankara. Dr.jur. Mehmet Köksal received his doctorate in 1995 from University of Konstanz in Germany and worked as corporate counsel for the Turkish association of employers in the metal industry. He was admitted to the bar in 1996 and founded the Köksal Law Office, which turned into the Köksal Avukatlık Ortaklığı.
