With its population and need for residence or office spaces, our country provides a good opportunity to the real estate investors. The market has grown very rapidly within the last five years. Our property law and construction team is being involved in many development projects starting from the LoI level and following the administrative and regulatory permits, supervision or draft of the transaction contracts and building management plans and finally drafting the lease agreement where required. We are also advising on construction agreements over turn-key power plant projects and assist our clients in the interpretation of many international standard contracts (i.e. FIDIC) under Turkish laws.
