Our legal team advises on technology matters both on regulatory level and on contracts related to users or providers of technology services. In this respect we provide on the one hand regulatory compliance advice as well as business development consultancy under the current legislation and on the other hand review the current contracts of our clients under the IT law dynamics. We are also involved in IT related litigation. We have two patent and trademark attorneys in our team who are mainly dealing with IP related contracts and/or disputes. We are also rendering trademark registration services at Turkish Patent Institute level, as well as any kind of objections procedures thereof. Being aware of the importance and difficulties as to the protection of intellectual property rights our team provides brand management services.
