Dr.Jur. Mehmet Köksal was born in 1963. He studied law at the University of Ankara and worked as
a research assistant at the Gazi University in Ankara. Dr.Jur Mehmet Köksal received his doctorate
in 1995 from the University of Konstanz in Germany and worked as corporate counsel for the Turkish
association of employers in the metal industry. He was admitted to the bar in 1996 and founded
the Köksal law office the same year.
