Communique on tariff of payments to be applied by Turkish Patent Institute was issued in Official Gazette on January 1st 2012
With this Communique; types and amounts of payments which will be paid in exchange for Turkish Patent Institute’s services, have been organized in schedule. It is stated that at which columns of tariff numbered 8 of Act of Fees numbered 492 dated 2/7/1964; legal fees and Value Added Tax shall not be included to the payments and also legal fee and VAT shall be added to the payments.

Communique Regarding Making Amendments On Communique Of Connection To Transmission And Distribution System In Electricity Market And System Usage Was Issued on January 5th 2012 In Official Gazette
The purpose of this communique contains; (I) transmission and distribution system connections of real and legal persons in electricity market and (II) in case of using transmission system and/or distribution system and/or interconnection lines; procedures and principles of connection and/or system usage and/or interconnection usage agreements that needed to be signed with TEİAŞ and/or distribution license owner legal person. Moreover, some procedural and principle articles have been amended, terminological explanations have been made and within the existing agreements; subjected liabilities of Distribution Company have been stated.
