Electronic Books General Notice
The procedures and principles regarding forming, registering, keeping, submitting and confirming opening and closing of day book, general ledger, inventory register, minute book and operating ledger, that are kept compulsorily according to Tax Procedural Law numbered 213 and Turkish Commercial Code numbered 6762, in electronic environment or by means of filing are submitted with this notice.
The real and legal tax-payers, who want to form, record, keep and submit their books in electronic environment, must have the requirements above:
-The real tax-payers must have the qualified electronic certificate that is made under Electronic Signature Act numbered 5070.
-The legal tax payers must have permission regarding benefiting from electronic invoice application under General Notice of Tax Procedural Law item numbered 397 and must obtain Monetary Seal under same Law.
-Software that will be used hiding, recording, approving, keeping and submitting the books must have compatibility approval.

The target of this tariff designates the procedures and principles regarding amount and payment of compensation that will be paid to witness during criminal procedure. The payment will be made according to lost time of the witnesses under this Tariff. This regulation targets that the witnesses recover lost earnings intended for labour loss.

At meeting of energy market regulatory authority dated 27 December of 2011, under third sub-clause of the 2/4-a article of electricity market law, it was arranged that an autoproducer can sell %40 percentage of his/her annual average electric energy production amount incorporated into his/her license in a calendar year for year 2012.
